Company News
WCDE in Ogden was a huge success! I am so proud of our amazing company dancers and so pleased with how
far we have progressed since Nationals last July. Last year at WCDE in Salt Lake, our highest score was 280 out of 300.
This year our lowest score was 279 and our highest was a 287! This is such an accomplishment!
I also received many compliments and possible future opportunities as a result of how well you performed both on stage
and in your classes. John Crutchman & Alan Sherfield, have offered to come to Butte
to teach the first 3 days of our Summer Intensive in August! This is an unheard-of event because neither
of these teachers offer to teach at regular studios nor would Montana be their first choice of location. I am thrilled about this opportunity for
all of you! We have also been selected to participate in an intensive and competition this summer! Only
the Top 10 studios from around the nation are selected to participate in this event! We will need
to definitely discuss this, but even to be asked is a BIG honor. Congratulations on your achievements thus far!

Chelbe Cashell - Top 10 - Mini Girls Josh Colvin - Second Place - Junior Boys Congratulations to the 2008-2009 Dynamic Dance & Tumbling Academy Companies!! * 100% GOLD Awards at WCDE in Salt Lake City! * * 100% DIAMOND Awards at Spotlight Dance Cup in Billings! * * 100% GOLD Awards at Nationals in Las Vegas! * There were 90 studios from across the United States competing at Nationals. DD&TA placed in the TOP 10 in every age group!!! (Mini, Junior, Teen and Senior) The Mini's placed 5th with their rendition of "Annie" ! "Annie" was also chosen as 1 of only 7 Mini Group numbers to be performed in the Gala!  |
